This highly successful and popular ship survived for over 50 years. Built in the USA, it was transferred to the Greek flag in 1954, and began sailing between New York and Greece. In 1965, it was bought by Chandris Lines for continued transatlantic service, but soon was transferred to cruising and migrant voyages to Australia. Formerly Malolo, Matsonia and Atlantic.
